The seminar will be held in Bismarck, March 24 -25, 2010 at the Bismarck State College Union Prairie Room and will be presented by Barry Gomberg, Director of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity at Weber State University, Ogden, Utah. The seminar will allow participants who have a need to expand their knowledge of and procedures for properly conducting a Civil Rights Complaint or Bullying-Cyber Bulling/Harassment Investigation.

There is a $100 fee to cover the cost of materials and coffee breaks and two luncheons for the class.  The Bueno Equity Center is covering the cost of bringing Barry Gomberg back to North Dakota to teach this class and will cover the registration cost of the first five individuals to register for the workshop. In addition, one semester hour of graduate credit is planned to be made available for those wishing to take the seminar for credit.  Participants will be responsible for all travel costs.

Registration will be accepted as late as Thursday, March 18.  Registration is limited to 30 participants and will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
