Zero Increase Number of Mills

Thanks to Rob Lech from Jamestown for creating/updating the spreadsheet.
This is the newest iteration of the zero mills increase spreadsheet.  While the first two tabs only have a minor change (inclusion of Miscellaneous Levy in previous tax year), a third tab was added that calculates tax impact on residential and agricultural land.  This third tab can be critical as it helps to communicate the true impact on an individual.  It is a good idea to add this information to both your budget hearing presentation as well as the letter and ad.
